Description A travel diary written by Jeanelle Landstrom's Aunt Celle, describing their road trips around the United States. Celle lives in Tuscola, Illinois, and takes several trips: to Florence, Bardstown, Hodgenville, Mammoth Cave, Paducah, Nashville, Muscle Shoals and Corinth; to Quincy; to New Orleans via Jackson, Columbus, Meridian, Gulfport, Mobile, Birmingham and Decatur; to Michigan and Ontario; and then again to Gulfport. Celle describes journey conditions, sights seen along the way as well as tourist destinations visited, the food eaten and the hotels they stay in. Celle often records specific times of arrivals/departures, and distances between locations.
